P.L. Store will not accept any returned merchandise. All sale items and discounted merchandise are FINAL SALES. P.L. Store does not accept or resume any responsibility for loss of or damage to goods whilst in transit from the customer.
Shipping and Handling
We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders entered into P.L. Store online will then be processed and shipped out of our store within 2 to 7 business days.
Packages typically arrive within 7-14 days from the date we receive the order. Items are shipped directly from Canada Postal Service. All items we ship out will NOT be marked as GIFT or SAMPLE nor we can mark the value down. It is simply against the law. P.L. Storeis not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. We do not have any control over this. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may be.
Tracking Your Order
When you make a purchase of a 400% or 1000% Be@rbrick, you will receive an e-mail notifying you about the tracking number. You can go to Tracking Page provided by Canada Post to monitor your order's progress.
